General information about the Handzame Valley Lookout Point
In May 2025 a new "Viewpoint Handzamevallei" was opened and this on a pumping station in Werken (Kortemark). From the platform on this pumping station you have a nice overview of this valley and the polders. Here you are helped by a powerful binocular( i.e.,binoculars ) that you can focus at will on an interesting aspect in the vast landscape.
