Hotel Hermitage is een mooi en goed viersterrenhotel in het Vauban vestingsstadje Montreuil-sur-Mer aan de Opaalkust. Ideaal voor wie de rust opzoekt en er de streek in het algemeen en Montreuil-sur-Mer in het bijzonder wil verkennen. We waren er al diverse keren op bezoek en altijd heel tevreden over de service, vriendelijkheid, het ontbijt en de kamers. Aangename en mooi ingerichte bar.
