General information about The Klankmakerij
This is one of Heuvelland's newer attractions: the observation platform of De Klankmakerij. This was realized as part of the Horizon 2025 project of the Province of West Flanders. To be climbed via the outside stairs every day, via the elevator only when the bistro is open.
Although it is stated that you have a 360° panoramic view there, it is better to say it is more like 180°: after all, one side of the platform is shielded by a wooden wall. Large people can possibly look above it.

Tip: people who are afraid of heights will not want to go up the stairs: it is very open in structure (transparent) and vertigo will occur especially in quite a lot of wind. Better to visit when the weather is good or the bistro is open: the elevator will be available.
