General information about the Scheldt Information Point
Schelde Information Point, abbreviated as S.I.P., is a beautiful viewpoint overlooking the Western Scheldt. On this dike, there is an observation platform with several interactive displays that teach you all about the port and shipping. You can get very close to the giant container ships and other vessels sailing on the Western Scheldt. Ideal for ship spotters and photographers!
Right next to it, there is another beautiful observation point: the East Pier of Terneuzen.

Tip 2: It can be quite windy. Make sure you wear appropriate clothing.
Tip 3: Keep a safe distance from the sides: they can be quite slippery due to their curvature.
