General information about Ostend at Anchor
The largest maritime festival on the North Sea took place from May 22-25, 2025. Ostend at Anchor gathers sailing historic ships from various North Sea and Channel ports and highlights the maritime heritage of our region and Europe but also focuses on innovative techniques at sea (in the so-called Blue Innovation Village).
In summary, this is the 2025 edition: 150 ships, 25 musical groups, dozens of stands and food stalls, crafts & artists, and so much more.

Tip 1: since there is always a lot of people, it is best to arrive as early in the morning as possible. Before 10h it is still easy to find parking and you can still easily walk through all the stalls.
Tip 2 : also try to be on time at the many food stalls. After noon, very long queues form.
