General information about Belvedere of Auclin

The Belvédère of Auclin, called the Belvédère of Bouillon, is an observation tower erected in 2001 on a hill in a nature reserve around the city of Bouillon. The hill is called Côte d'Auclin. The structure is no less than almost 32 meters high and includes 8 floors. From there one has a panoramic view of this city in the Belgian Ardennes. You can see the meandering Semois around Bouillon(meander of the Semois river).

There you are 180 meters above the city at an altitude of 385 m. To get to the top platform (level 4) of 36 m² you have to overcome 161 steps. If there is a lot of wind, don't be afraid of heights (vertigo). There are a total of 4 observation platforms, each at a different height. So you decide how high you want to climb the tower.
