General information about Wind Farm Mont de Ponche

There are a total of 1,457 wind farms in France with 1,789 wind turbines for a total installed capacity of as much as 24 GW (April 2023). At the highest points of the plateau of Artesia, there are quite a few of these wind turbines. We are literally talking about several hundred windmills spread over a large area. A nice vantage point for windmill photography is from the towns of Coyecques, Audincthun and Créquy. This particular wind farm has a capacity of more than 10 MW.
