Historic villa quarter located between the center of the seaside town of De Panne and the sea. A real gem, together with the historic villa quarter "the Concession" in De Haan, unique on the Belgian coast. Completely normal that this village view was protected as "immovable heritage". The overall design is the work of Belgian architect Albert Dumont. There are regular guided tours around this immovable heritage. During 2023 and 2024, the pavement was (and will be) completely redone. It was opted to make this neighborhood as low-traffic as possible. Compared to the past, the number of available parking spaces was drastically reduced.

Regelmatig worden speciale evenementen georganiseerd. Zo vond er op 10 augustus 2024 de historische evocatie “Boulevard Dumont” plaats. Hieronder vindt U een fotoverslag hieromtrent terug.
